My name is Lucas Ramage, I am a Realtor with my family Real Estate team “The Ramage Group”.
In January 2011 I started a video blog and called it www.RamageGroup.tv .
In the early days my posts were filmed with a point and click camera, the audio and video quality were poor and the content was typically a 2-5 minute monologue. I have evolved the style and content of my posts considerably over one year and 100 + videos later. I have discovered the possibilities are endless when it comes to using video in Real Estate. With a new DSLR camera, a variety of audio recording devices, along with new hardware & software to create video my productions have become more professional in quality.
On this site I have a broad creative spectrum, from highlighting community features and areas in the city of Calgary that I love, presentations on particular listings & some of Calgary’s most remarkable properties to self promoting content. I still seek to create the occasional video “blog” style post but more and more I enjoy the more produced and polished presentations.
Creating video is a passion of mine and I am happy that it has become one of the more enriching aspects of service we offer to our clients. Our goal is to represent our homes in such a way that they be made remarkable, and certainly video seems to be one of the best ways to make a powerful impression.
