Rules amended for Conditional Sales

Sellers now have the option to report their home as conditionally sold or “C/S”, they may choose to keep the home listed as an “active” listing. This is a clip of me sharing my thoughts on the matter.

Closing Day

There is nothing more pleasing than welcoming a buyer to their new home when it has been cleaned well and is in good condition for closing day. It is that type of experience that we will try to create for our buyers and that type of karma we will encourage our sellers to provide.

RPR: Are you selling a home? If you don’t have one, get one.

It is very important to have a current Real Property Report that has “Compliance Stamp” from the City of Calgary when you are selling a home. It is better to have this document produced early so that there are no complications at closing.

A brief summary of what happens on a closing date. A tip for making certain that there are no complications for your possession. A discussion of what is the nature of a walk through. Note to buyers, noon is the time that the contract closes so do not schedule your moving truck to arrive before that time.
