In the luxury home market there were 47 homes sold over 1 million dollar mark and of that 5 sales over the 2 million dollar mark. These are promising numbers that reflect real strength to the Calgary market. To be considered with this information is that there were 364 listings over 1 million dollars and therefore only about 12 % of the luxury homes are selling relative to the 33% viewed in the wider market place.
My feelings are that we have been experiencing relatively steady prices as a whole and the market can be described as more balanced generally.
