When I first ventured to using video for Real Estate one of the most exciting aspects was having the opportunity to layer on voice over narrative to describe the property and add-on more information. Then at a film making workshop I attended the expression “show don’t tell” was offered. The beautiful part about film is that there are times that a property may speak for itself.

This condominium gave me the opportunity to enjoy some artistic reach in terms of style. I have only used copyrighted music on occasion, however sometimes I find a song so compelling I hope to find a way to work it in to a video. This song “white on white” by Fredrik seemed to fit the mood of the weather yesterday The song also reflects the fresh infusion of style this cool condo offers in somewhat of an “old school” building, along with expressing the truly hip nature of the area.
